  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • The most is about budgeting, invoices and payment tracking which is amazing. I love it! also the meeting scheduling management.
  • I am very impressed with the customizable options and support that this platform provides. It is very user friendly, with the ability to visually drag and drop, making it a pleasure to work with.
  • Because of its usefulness and the simplicity of its features. I like how everything is in one location and how well-organized it is.
  • Cons

  • There are some limitations in functionality, and we have had trouble with slow connections to Scoro.
  • The offer segment is a bit confusing where you have to choose the time period or week - often we dont have a time period for that offer.
  • Some of it is hard to change and selecting some options can lock out part.
