Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
- My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
- Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- I like it, because it helps me to organize myself, and because of the reach of the audience, easy to use, store my files in the cloud, and be able to help us with colleagues in real time.
- They have saved my bacon more than once, especially when it comes to switching phones. The quick restore once I sign in to my account is a godsend.
- Google Contacts became much important for everyone nowadays, it has the brilliant option that everyone can save their contacts by availing this option.
Cons
- They're never leaving you alone now, and they will be "openly" deceitful about it, but at least you have 971 more people to complain to that about.
- You can't also edit (at least) the name and surname of your contact, so you lost context when you have to change to another page.
- All of this reasoning is why I have not much to report on the negative front in regards to this particular software.
