Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
- My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
- Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- All of them at such price is amazing , and best part is they have very prompt customer support & Regular upgrade.
- We appreciate their knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Overall, we're very happy with our decision to switch to Kylas CRM.
- The training provided is also top-notch, making it easy to understand and navigate the system effectively. Overall, it's a great tool for businesses looking for flexibility and ease of use.
Cons
- Software has few bugs and errors during customization. Not being able to customize deal form layouts is another con.
- Kylas is still in the development phase, Kylas is missing many of the features and updates.
- Lagging during page load sometime during software update.
