  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • Fantastic development of the modules that were necessary for our company, great support and training.
  • The field ops feature where you can qualificate the performance of a franchisee and the areas where it can be improve its operational performance its great and with good features.
  • The software is easy to use, navigate, integrate with operations. Good dashboard which is user-friendly since it can be customized into more attractive and easy to understand patterns.
  • Cons

  • Poor, or below poor, if that's even a category of classification.
  • Honestly, I hate most of it. The platform moves so slowly, doesn't load properly, and glitches all the time.
  • The inability to personalize it more according to brand.
