  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • This is an amazing experience we have had from The tool. With the tool it has been so easy to reach to new editors and partners and this has highly scaled new sales for our business.
  • Great customer support team, very responsive and supportive always. Any time we need help, they are always ready and available to help.
  • It makes it super duper easy to use the product and request for introductions or requests where my network can drive value. Super easy to execute introductions via their templates.
  • Cons

  • It was a bit strange to have Hifive access all my contacts and emails, especially since my org wasnt using it.
  • It was hard to find the button on the Hifive website to even add the Chrome extensions - I also don't use Chrome so had to shift from being a Safari user to use hi five.
  • Despite helping with introductions and relationship building for sales, the automated messages and interaction can occasionally lack personalization.
