Pros
- An awesome CRM platform with a plethora of information to use to become the best marketer you can be.
- Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.
- So popular and so powerful for small business is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy to use.
Cons
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
- I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
Pros
- As the manager of a customer service team, I appreciate HelpJuice's customer service so much. They are outstanding and answer any and all questions immediately.
- Helpjuiced seemed to have the best offering to address all of our needs in a knowledge base tool. The ease of use, customizability and analytics where important factors in choosing Helpjuice.
- So far so good, love our new help center and love the future I see using HelpJuice here at Pura.
Cons
- Often this can be addressed directly in the code, but for many users something like formatting a block of text side-by-side with an image can be a struggle.
- Difficult to export analytics data to other systems.
- I accidentally discovered Helpjuice when I was searching for Zendesk alternative. Their website didn't promise a lot but I decided to register there.
