Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
- My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
- Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- Fantastic user interface, Great functionality and integrations with google calendar are the highlights of this product. We have been able to get great sales insights after embracing Vtiger CRM.
- Sandeep has done a fantastic job and gone to great distance to ensure effective implementation and after sales support for HackerEarth.
- The best thing I liked about this software was the ability to do sales, marketing and support all in one program. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports.
Cons
- The cloud version of the software suffers for this reason, as well as the inability to edit some records due to a lack of access to the backend.
- No custom Buttons available, the print-templates Editor is poor on formating and sometimes you also Need a work around for list variables to be shown.
- We have a little overview from our clients, because, a lot of clients are 2 or 3 times in the CRM in cause of a mistake with update.
