  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • The reporting features are the best thing about Cosential! the ability to build widgets and reports based on your database are the best.
  • As a very visual person, the ease and impact of the dashboard widgets are a great. Seeing your information in charts and graphs really help to monitor our marketing progress.
  • Their Support team is very good and has done an admirable job of addressing our frustrations in a positive, transparent and pro-active manner.
  • Cons

  • The publisher portion is a little cumbersome but that is likely due to lack of training.
  • Sometimes i pull in inactive or unknown and sometimes people seem to disappear and need to be pput back. Sometime hard to find where to add a company.
  • The only thing that I would say is a negative is that sometimes you might have to double input data, it depends on how you use the software but that could potentially be a downside.
