  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • I am so impressed with the new marble tool. I've been looking for a good way to create an online academy and I came across this beautiful, powerful piece of software.
  • I am satisfied with the marble and looking at the roadmap is preparing many interesting features that solve the above problems. Thanks to the Marble team for a great product.
  • I was looking for a nice, easy and effective way to create courses to share and sell with my community and I found just that with Marble. I love the UX, so easy and pleasing to the eye.

  • But it may also be a weakness. In some cases I found the features too basic, and lack of necessary options for the courses.
  • The only minor thing that bothered me was minor and it was not as simple to just replace existing images - you need to remove and upload and move into place.
  • That was a bit frustrating. The user management is also not yet that extensive, so that the division of users into groups did not work for a long time.
