  • Pros

  • It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
  • My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
  • Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.
  • Cons

  • It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
  • I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
  • There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

  • Seamless workflows with all our team members who are working remotely is the best feature of OTRS, results have been impressive.
  • The user experience with OTRS is amazing. Being able to show all your work to the client is great.
  • Email inbound capabilities are great (maybe unique!). Easy to rollout, once you have a couple of basic admins, customising is quite powerful.
  • Cons

  • Data encryption is not working correctly, same is tested by installing this module. Seems this error must have fixed by app development team.
  • Reporting is difficult to make work out of the box. SLA functionality complete only if you pay extra functionality.
  • Difficult to install and configure, getting started requires you several time. Not so intuitive for the administrator.
