Pros
- If we, in fact, close more deals and make more sales, we all win. With the powerful features at our fingertips, and so many great integrations, we think our sales team will see great results.
- My favorite thing about Close.io is the ability to add custom fields that help with reporting and overall ease of use.
- I like the cost above all else. We used a more expensive CRM for a while and were thrilled to find out about Close.io and its low price in comparison.
Cons
- It is a horrific experience. They are there for one purpose and one purpose alone: to extort you, in any way they can find, for your credit card.
- My concern is how well this tool scales because of its relative lack of discreteness. It would be difficult for manage a sales team utilizing this technology.
- We recently switched from Close to Salesforce and It has been a very bumpy road that more than one department in our company has struggled with.
Pros
- It includes variety of features like account management, sales force automation, sales mapping, sales tracking etc. All this innovative features helps perfectly to boost sales.
- ZooM can be very helpful for all kind of business or enterprise. Best part of ZooM are mentioned below.
- It can track sales and automate at the same time with zoom. The service of this application is amazing like the customer signature feature is great.
Cons
- At that time, there is a return from the backup. In this case, everything you did in the last 5 minutes may be lost.
- Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.
- No control over the slides or going back to reviwe was was in the orientation or meeting. If you go to the commen box you can't see the screen.
