-   Also, being able to work live in the field the office sees my invoices immediately and can provide clients with accurate balances in real time.
    
-   I generally find the software exhausting to use - so many mouse clicks are required to accomplish even the most simple tasks, navigating from patient file to entering charges to checking out patients is extremely inefficient.

-   I like that Rapport interfaces directly with Impromed so my CSR's do not have to perform extra functions trying to maintain separate systems.
    
-   We have liked the reminder calls and emails for scheduled appointments but inadequate customer service and lack of full functionality for a product we pay full price for is frustrating. As we use multiple covetrus products, we have seen a negative shift over the last several years.
