  • Pros

  • I've had this program since their beginning, love how they've grown with our changing industry. Great for tracking, goal setting and we love the mobile app.
  • The rest of the software and reports are really robust. There are things I could knit-pick about, but for the money, it's a really great value and it does a great job.
  • It is very reliable and the customer service is excellent. I use the cloud version with online booking being one of the many benefits.
  • Cons

  • It is disappointing to have to continue to pay more each time we are ready to add a new feature.
  • I joined insight 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems with this company. They never answer their phones, and when they do they seem not very interested in sorting any of your problems out.
  • Now I am told that will never happen because of the platform it was built in. Basically your sales department lied to be to get the sale.

  • I found the transition to be very easy. And support has been great helping with any questions we had.
  • Ease of use is wonderful and ability to give each user different access is great. Visually it is easy to understand and lots of short cuts for booking at high speed.
  • Not only is it is easy to use, manage and monitor but it supports my teams and businesses growth. Each feature is engineered to provide value and growth.
  • Cons

  • After a TON of photos showing this problem is has not yet been resolved and no customer service offering is anything. A lot of wasted time on calls.
  • Our biggest struggle was not having our package numbers convert. The packages converted, just not the numbers assigned to them.
  • We have clients that don’t come in as frequently as 90 days and they will miss our emails.
