Pros
- They also have a large number of plans available, are affordable, and there are a good number of independent technicians out there that can help you with your data, and design third party add-ons too.
- I love that I can print out my history reports, and it helps to track our progress. There are several different departments in our company that use my history reports.
- Being able to improve my communication, increase my sales and ensure the loyalty of my customers is so magical. And the ease of remote tasks is just incredible.
Cons
- Sometimes switching between databases causes the software to crash. It has been a problem with most versions we have used.
- This is the single worst product for being intuitive I have ever used. It is convoluted, ridiculous and an enormous waste of my time.
- Plus, to add insult to injury, Customer Service has deteriorated over the past few years.

- It includes variety of features like account management, sales force automation, sales mapping, sales tracking etc. All this innovative features helps perfectly to boost sales.
- ZooM can be very helpful for all kind of business or enterprise. Best part of ZooM are mentioned below.
- It can track sales and automate at the same time with zoom. The service of this application is amazing like the customer signature feature is great.
Cons
- At that time, there is a return from the backup. In this case, everything you did in the last 5 minutes may be lost.
- Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.
- No control over the slides or going back to reviwe was was in the orientation or meeting. If you go to the commen box you can't see the screen.
