Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the support model because it provides a quick resolution while the user is on the all with the support person. I feel my experience and knowledge is respected.
- I had worked with the system at another facility and loved it. Was very excited to get it here.
- The support team is the best; they are always quick to respond and follow up. The overall ease of the product from a user standpoint is also great.
Cons
- My only complaint is how it will kick us out sometimes.
- You can't search a total database of residents or clientele on those whom have meds due. This is very frustrating for a number of reasons you may need that info.
- I know you guys have beta program but still. Also move away from TSprint < its hit or missed.
Pros
- I love how it is easy to navigate, and everything is right in arms reach. I love that it’s all on one site and it doesn’t take you to a different website just to document about you day with residents.
- The thing I like is it is user friendly being that I’m not from the medical field it’s easy to operate and the help you receive from the owners and videos makes using the program easy.
- I love using ECP, I have used a few documentation system over the years geared toward AL/CBRF and this is by far my favorite to use. Also there tech support is beyond great and helpful.
Cons
- Links to the pharmacy (sometimes lag in checking in meds) and discontinuation.
- The demand causes the computer to freeze and require restarting.
- The Drug Info link also is difficult to find the drug class. This is how the CBRF Med Administration course teaches, based off of drug classes, as well as nursing.
