  • Pros

  • I loved the fact that you have a clean dashboard with the most useful functions easily available and accessible. Everything feels "ready to use.
  • The accuracy of speed recognition was excellent. Also, seeing different speakers in different lines was great.
  • Transkriptor has streamlined my workflow, saving me significant time and effort. The customer support is also responsive and helpful, which adds to the positive experience.
  • Cons

  • The support team was poor. The response was late when i need it the most.
  • This is a big problem in Turkish. I did not experience it in other languages.
  • I think it could be better. But I have no negative reviews.

  • They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Any questions or issues I've had were resolved swiftly and efficiently.
  • Ease of use and templates are great. It understands the context quite good and creates good content.
  • The interface it's really user friendly, it saves a lot of time and allows me to catch the best moments of my videos. The implementation on my day to day use for social media growth was easy.
  • Cons

  • That there are some errors when editing, that it is not possible to replace one video with another once the subtitles have been created.
  • Watermark unless you pay for the full service.
  • Since it's a paid service, I find it a bit intrusive. I also don't like the limit of 3 media items, per scene.
