  • Pros

  • I love the ease of looking at customer's accounts. I love the posting of accounts payable invoices and paying the invoices.
  • What we like most is the ease of using the software and the ability to go paperless.
  • I have demoed other products and am glad that I remained with Spruce. The support is getting better, and the system is very dependable.
  • Cons

  • I struggle with this, maybe once something is voided or deleted it is gone, no recovering it.
  • The fist problem is Spruce has no Payroll. So we figured out a way to handle that.
  • The customer support is slow and we're often left with "it's just this way" or with no viable solution. We're very unhappy with the software.

  • If you run a small business or are self-employed, this is great to have. If you're like me and not great with spreadsheets, then this is what you need.
  • I benefited from him and gained some experiences from him in my field and I liked it in ease of work reports.
  • I would recommend it for those who want a simple and effective way to keep records clean and send invoices to clients. Customer support is amazing.
  • Cons

  • Reconciling is miserable. I could go on and on, but I hate to relive the QB years where I felt inept and incapable of running the backside of our business.
  • The only problem with Virtual programs is the internet delays and the problems with making sure you can sync everything if two people have been working on it.
  • I HATE that I cannot simply download my QBO data into TurboTax. It makes no sense at all that I can't download Intuit data to another Intuit product.
