  • Pros

  • The general experience is perfect, the framework permits us to accomplish such a great deal and assists us with advancing our organization in a positive manner.
  • Great product, great customer service and add-on services like educational opportunities for HR professionals.
  • Love how you can view Paid-Time Off, Pay-Stubs, and Valuable Human Resource Information anytime, anywhere, and even on the go. Love the ability to use this software as an HR database.
  • Cons

  • They hand your employ a manual, give them a call in center, and call it a day. We had to hire a a separate consultant to guide us through implementation because Paycor failed miserably.
  • Horrible time getting answers. Horrible experience in setting up our company in the beginning.
  • If not for all the work involved, the loss of history that occurs when you change companies, I'd be out shopping now.

  • I find really good UI/UX software is very stable. They do have good plan ahead like launching store.
  • Graphics, ease of use although I am still learning the product. Great support and amazing community around the product.
  • Their UX is great, the interface is simpler and fun to use as I can create and network with a reliable system to connect all areas of the business.
  • Cons

  • Accompanying the (5th) problem is a (6th) problem, where this new phantom invoice contains.
  • There is a new (5th) problem where integration with Stripe sends out phantom invoices that are separate from the invoices generated in Deskera.
  • By the time I purchased the product, there is no integration between customers in Deskera Books and contacts in CRM module. But the integration is in their roadmap.
