Pros/Cons
Pros
- The Charity Proud software has a lot of great capabilities that have really helps us to expand on our existing fundraisers and programs, as well as helped us to launch new ones.
- Charityproud is an excellent donor database/CRM system that will save all nonprofits (and especially small nonprofits) time and money. It's very user friendly and intuitive in its functions.
- 10 experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone for a CRM. The software is great, and the customer service is amazing.
Cons
- Part of this is because of poorly organized data that is a result of a lack of good data management at our organization historically and has no bearing on Charityproud's software.
- The one feature I am struggling with is the custom form option.
- I experienced a learning curve in the use of the software, and I found it intimidating at first.
Pros
- We love the ease of donating, the monthly donation option and the way the receipts include any message written by the donor.
- My experience from start to finish has been awesome. From the sales pitch, customized to me and my organization... to the implementation and assistance from the outstanding customer service team.
- I love how easy it is to embed the donation code into your website and how sleek it looks. It's very easy to customize it.
Cons
- Setting Up Campaigns, Impacts, Etc. Can Be A Little Confusing.
- The inability to customize a lot of preset fields. For example, you can't add a drop-down field on tickets in events.
- We have tried very hard to be more informative about it. We're still working on raising the number of people that use it, so it costs us nothing monthly and we don't spend more than we are receiving.
