  • Pros

  • They are very responsive and I like the program and service so much I have recommended it to other schools and arts programs.
  • Also important is the ease of getting up and running quickly on this platform, the ability to track our sales in real-time, and the ability to easily produce informative reports.
  • I needed ease of use, dependability, scalability, performance and excellent performance all at a good price. Tix has delivered all of that and more.
  • Cons

  • It was literally a day from hell that we hated. Now, we simply sit back and watch.
  • I have worked with other systems that had no one to talk with and no "phone a friend" option which I found unbearable.
  • They get frustrated when they reserve a seat then have to request a password-- then the seat is reserved in the system but they cannot access it.

  • I love how friendly the software is. It’s super easy to figure out and if anything ever goes wrong, the amazing customer service is only a short phone call away.
  • I really do love the ease of OvantionTix, and the reporting of data makes is extremely easy for a small organization such as ours to fulfill our potential.
  • I am thrilled with the OvationTix experience and look forward to the upgrades that will make it an even more rewarding tool for the work required of a small non-profit.

  • Added a row of seats on the website which put us over capacity in our theatre. It is a fire code violation and we can get fined.
  • Duplicate patrons are not listed chronologically which causes a lot of extra button clicking. I have complained about this before.
  • However, there is a lack of functionality of which I am wishing.
