Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have used several ERP types of software and to me oracle is the best. It has a logical flow and is easy to find what you are looking for with great tools to help you know what is needed.
- We have the option to attach documents and the procurement feature is awesome. It's nice to be able to put data together into a excel spreadsheet.
- Overall, it is a good product and I would recommend it from what I have seen so far.
Cons
- It takes a lot of time publishing the registers when it comes to a list of products or defective products and if you make a mistake its to difficult to remove it.
- Terrible time keeping arrangement, very slow to update, time cards are somewhat difficult to manage or adjust. Some clock punching do not register.
- Not enough native reporting features, especially when it comes to financials and drilling down into transaction details. Very difficult and costly to implement and maintain.
Pros
- If you run a small business or are self-employed, this is great to have. If you're like me and not great with spreadsheets, then this is what you need.
- I benefited from him and gained some experiences from him in my field and I liked it in ease of work reports.
- I would recommend it for those who want a simple and effective way to keep records clean and send invoices to clients. Customer support is amazing.
Cons
- Reconciling is miserable. I could go on and on, but I hate to relive the QB years where I felt inept and incapable of running the backside of our business.
- The only problem with Virtual programs is the internet delays and the problems with making sure you can sync everything if two people have been working on it.
- I HATE that I cannot simply download my QBO data into TurboTax. It makes no sense at all that I can't download Intuit data to another Intuit product.
