  • Pros

  • I was impressed with how easy it is o maintain your pipeline with all of the integrations and automations. I love how everything from lead funnels to file sharing easily accessible.
  • Shape Software is absolutely amazing. An important part of being a functional company is maintaining excellent communication and records.
  • I love the easy means of communication to the borrower for items needed and if an item is declined or approved. The way that all the screens are laid out is very easy for all parties to follow along.
  • Cons

  • Terrible customer service glitchy and eSignature is garbage.
  • Absolutely the Worst Customer Support that exists in the industry.
  • Choosing Shape Software as our CRM company is the worst business decision we have ever made. Absolute nightmare dealing with anyone at Shape Software.

  • I have been impressed by the power of its analysis and reporting tools. Thanks to them, I have been able to make more informed and strategic decisions to drive the growth of my business.
  • The reports are clean and i love the multiple project document management through Dynamics 365 and the contacts management is good and analytics are very easy to create.
  • Dynamics 365 is the perfect combination of a world class ERP and CRM. The customer and lead management is outstanding with countless options to simplify daily tasks for users.

  • I always have the error message "an error' occurred, contact admin. I have not succestfully use this app on my phone.
  • It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.
  • It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.
