  • Pros

  • It is a seamless integrated solution that manages interactions between customers, business partners and employees to help companies grow and succeed.
  • It wasn't hard to set up the inventory or the invoices, which is great because you always want to share a duplicate with the client, all the data is right there. Customer signature feature is great.
  • Experience was wonderful with zoom. Customer service was amazing and made it really easy if we had any questions.
  • Cons

  • At that time, there is a return from the backup. In this case, everything you did in the last 5 minutes may be lost.
  • Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.
  • No control over the slides or going back to reviwe was was in the orientation or meeting. If you go to the commen box you can't see the screen.

  • The software capabilities are great and always improving and the support services are excellent whenever I have used them.
  • I think it's a powerful platform, and I also have high hopes for how it will continue to develop in the future thanks to the clear commitment the company has shown for bettering its product.
  • Cons

  • Social features are broken, always reporting bad data. This is more of an agency than a software vendor.
  • It's probably our lack of mathematical skills, but we sometimes have a difficult time setting up analytics dashboards.
  • Too many functions that can be confusing - Keep it simple. Platform shows only content stats and not for the entire website.
