Pros/Cons
Pros
- It includes variety of features like account management, sales force automation, sales mapping, sales tracking etc. All this innovative features helps perfectly to boost sales.
- ZooM can be very helpful for all kind of business or enterprise. Best part of ZooM are mentioned below.
- It can track sales and automate at the same time with zoom. The service of this application is amazing like the customer signature feature is great.
Cons
- At that time, there is a return from the backup. In this case, everything you did in the last 5 minutes may be lost.
- Sometimes the system fails for a while. Not compatible for macOS.
- No control over the slides or going back to reviwe was was in the orientation or meeting. If you go to the commen box you can't see the screen.
Pros
- It also has a nice email tool that allows you to create accounts and send bulk emails. The email tools are great though, and most importantly, Salesforce is very reliable and stable.
- We love Customer Support as CSR is always there to help us. And it has so many awesome features which will help you in saving money on cold email campaign tools.
- I am thrilled with the intuitive automation that effortlessly generates and organizes leads, saving valuable time.
Cons
- Nothing as such but slightly difficult learning graph and no addon for Outlook.com is another disappointment as such.
- Managing Clients through email and spreadsheets was getting chaos at RTIwala Services. Whereas other CRMs are too complex to understand and use.
- Lack of online scheduling tool with my leads similar to Calendly. The tool only reports that an email was opened but it doesn't exactly tell you who opened the email.
