Pros/Cons
Pros
- We are very happy with how Talent LMS has provided such a user friendly platform that has seamlessly facilitated our growth.
- One of them that we liked is that we have the ability to generate detailed reports of our students. We are satisfied with the choice.
- Besides offering great support, I really like this product because it is easy to learn and use. The dashboards are perfect, clean and pretty much straight forward.
Cons
- The only disadvantage is the lack of reliability in tracking the real study time and the poor report at the level of individual content.
- I was absolutely terrified by converting my business over and was not sure how this would work. It has been a business saver.
- So far, every problem i have encountered or request i have made, has been met with a custom piece of code to paste into system within 24 hours. I did not expect this level of service at $120 a month.
Pros
- Working with the guys with http://www.quizworksinternational.com/ was not only successful but also rapid, affordable, and fun. I sure wish we had more partners like this.
- What I love most about LMS is the ease of use. The way that you can customize the different screens for your program is amazing.
- I love the simplicity of the offerings of Easy LMS. We currently only use a fraction of the features offered and we are so pleased with the results.
Cons
- The many functions offered by the platform are not the same for all applications. In the case of courses, the functions are often severely limited.
- The fact that it is difficult to use with mathematical symbolism, because its typing mathematical symbols is rather inefficient.
- The challenge of lag time because of "temporal distance" (Time zones) is the only hiccup I've really had.
