Pros/Cons
Pros
- Software has been a very useful tool and has saved time and effort on administration time and costs. Being able to track outstanding balances and report at a high level has been very useful.
- The software is very user friendly and easy to figure out. It is painless and tracks revenue and outstanding A/R and offers extensive reporting features.
- Overall my experience has been positive in that the greatest needs for me were met- mobility, access, ease of use and unlimited accounts.
Cons
- I've had them tell me to do things that made a small problem much worse, I'm now paying an accountant to try to fix the mess. I've asked for someone more knowledgable and they say there is no one.
- Also, we were charged more than we thought we would pay and when I called they explained the hidden fees to me.
- Doesn't listen to customers and has terrible support.
Pros
- I've had a fantastic experience with Prophix. Their engagement with the organisation, the structure to their implementation process and the online and offline support has been impressive.
- Awesome product with Rich features, specially the Detail Planning manager as well as its Calculation Engine is robust and very detail oriented.
- Prophix has help us with better business partner during our budgeting process through there workflow and template process, which are great and easy to use.
Cons
- Connecting more than 20 ERP systems to import data was a challenge. It affected the overall performance and ultimately usage as my company has not fully been able to convert to the cloud version.
- Our current lack of being able to connect with our current ERP.
- Integration was painful, but you learn more when you do it yourself right.
