Pros/Cons
Pros
- Software has been a very useful tool and has saved time and effort on administration time and costs. Being able to track outstanding balances and report at a high level has been very useful.
- The software is very user friendly and easy to figure out. It is painless and tracks revenue and outstanding A/R and offers extensive reporting features.
- Overall my experience has been positive in that the greatest needs for me were met- mobility, access, ease of use and unlimited accounts.
Cons
- I've had them tell me to do things that made a small problem much worse, I'm now paying an accountant to try to fix the mess. I've asked for someone more knowledgable and they say there is no one.
- Also, we were charged more than we thought we would pay and when I called they explained the hidden fees to me.
- Doesn't listen to customers and has terrible support.
Pros
- My experience so far has been positive with ease of reimbursement submissions and the ability to track them. When I've have used it to schedule travel, it's been a little more involved.
- Easy to use and is a good way to create fast and accurate travel-related expense reports. Concur has a good support team who are always willing to help.
- I like being able to name the reports myself, and the overall process is very easy and clear. I like how the product tells you where the report is in the process after submission.
Cons
- I have been unable to upload the expenses to QB for a month now and Concur is unable to figure out why. VERY frustrating to be paying for a product that is not even useful.
- My only complaint is that you can't apply the same image to multiple expenses. This is especially frustrating when you have to split an expenses.
- There should be provision where cancelled transition returned to user if it paid already. This is the one seem missing in this.
