Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love how user friendly this is as you can customize the software to your liking and understanding and things are easily accessible.
- It's an amazing platform to bring all of your Salesforce data together in one place and see a truly holistic view of the things that matter. The end user experience is great.
- Product is easy to use and has the option for a lot of different functionality. Reports are helpful and the chatter function is great to have as a cross-check feature.
Cons
- I had trouble finding where the information went after I categorized it.
- Knowledge ramp is a bit difficult to users that have no idea what is it.
- The tool can be very clunky and hard to navigate at times. If you dont know exactly what you're looking for it can be difficult.
Pros
- Really good customer support (recently [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was a big help) and very happy with the software. My only gripe is the price.
- The ability to hook into other platforms to be able to streamline the data input. The ease of doing that without aligning data fields has been a huge benefit.
- Some nice syncing features with QBO. Support has been really good so far, thank you Anastasia for all your help getting us setup.
Cons
- The limited transactions can be annoying if you're just over the 100 transactions a month mark.
- Inability to attach backup documentation (PDF) to invoices; Inability to customize text within invoice email.
- There is no french service available at this time.
