  • Pros

  • I love how user friendly this is as you can customize the software to your liking and understanding and things are easily accessible.
  • It's an amazing platform to bring all of your Salesforce data together in one place and see a truly holistic view of the things that matter. The end user experience is great.
  • Product is easy to use and has the option for a lot of different functionality. Reports are helpful and the chatter function is great to have as a cross-check feature.
  • Cons

  • I had trouble finding where the information went after I categorized it.
  • Knowledge ramp is a bit difficult to users that have no idea what is it.
  • The tool can be very clunky and hard to navigate at times. If you dont know exactly what you're looking for it can be difficult.

  • The best part of this software is, it is very easy to operate and nothing is is their to remember in this part. This is automated and user friendly.
  • Both website and app version are excellent and very user friendly. The history and claim status tells you the progress of claim.
  • Overall, the experience with Happay has been great. I haven't personally used the customer care but I'm sure they'd also be doing a good job.
  • Cons

  • Points to weak systems and processes, always alarming for a company that deals with financial data and hard money.
  • This is the first time, the nominal of my expense and the one directly send to my account is different. I dont know where to blame, but i think there must be unsync to both happay and mandiri.
  • People do not cooperate, things didn't get update easily, because of people are suffering, a lot is need to be done.
