Pros/Cons
Pros
- The support has been very patient and been very informative with some great ideas about how I can get the best out of the software.
- It has given me added capabilities that I can use to grow my business. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding.
- Very powerful dashboard. The integration capability is powerful, and easy to set up.
Cons
- In January of 2021, they charged me again for my annual subscription. I called them back and the guy tells me at first that there are no refunds.
- Customer service was horrible. I eventually tried to cancel my subscription, but they kept charging me for an annual subscription.
- So beware of this company, and the stupid bugs they refuse to fix.
Pros
- Great support during all the onboarding process and great support for any maintenance issue.
- Great for anyone in the Marketing and Advertising space that wants a good entry ETL solution.
- Customer service is great to work with than compared to other companies. There's a good room to customize.
Cons
- Sometimes the connection lost and it's hard to find where.
- The only item that was a struggle for us was really an internal issues which Improvado assisted us in navigating.
- Customization options are limited beyond what is needed for my company.
