Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It´s really easy to use, easy to send a points, easy to get a reward, easy to view diagrams and chart. And it has a really nice user interface; clean, fun and friendly.
  • You can reward them with custom hashtags and even claim different gift cards from the reward points that you have. It simply took the employee's appreciation and reward program to the next level.
  • Bonusly allows you to redeem points for various rewards (e.g. gift cards, donation to charity, etc.). It was incredibly easy to redeem the points, and the virtual gift cards arrived immediately.
  • Cons

  • There are limited options for redeeming points in Canada, we are restricted to about 15 companies, which is far fewer than the U.S.
  • There are times when it works extremely slow, and it becomes frustrating to waste so much time.
  • At this point I have not run across any issues, that I am unhappy with.

  • Money is one of the best incentives a company can give and with Kudos you're able to spend it however you like. When I have my own business I will be sure to use Kudos and nothing else.
  • We give so much Kudos, it's crazy. I love the team, the customer service and the fact that everyone can spend their kudos on what they love.
  • I equally like kudos because its easy to go about it. More so the look and feel is quite good.
  • Cons

  • Only downside is it has a limited amount which can be used each month.
  • In previous years we have sent emails to spread LPB news to over 300 staff. This became quite annoying when you get a thread of 50+ email replies.
  • I am unsure if it is a client based setting but there should be defined causes for resetting an activity.
