-   The interface is intuitive, training new team members is quick, and support is responsive when we need help.
    
-   Our biggest issue was when we were having clients get reminders in CST instead of EST- where our clinic is located. When I brought this to the attention of PetDesk, we were notified that we need to tell clients to delete and re-install the app, which is not feasable for our large clinic to trust that all of these clients will do that.

-   The technical support team has been fantastic about responding to my questions and helping me with the integrations. And the PetCare App is making it very easy to allow clients to add their animals, which decreases my administrative load.
    
-   The search engine is oddly specific about people's names. If there are two owners, I can't search with just one name and find it, i.e. the file says "Joe & Lisa Smith" and I can't find it with just "Joe Smith."
