  • Pros

  • The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.
  • Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.
  • The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.
  • Cons

  • It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.
  • The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.
  • Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 has been an excellent software in management of sales tracking ability. It has been helping our team alot in fulfilling customer's CRM needs at ease.
  • Great in programmatic management of product properties. It's an excellent tool in helping online sales and helping in customer retention.
  • I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.
  • Cons

  • I always have the error message "an error' occurred, contact admin. I have not succestfully use this app on my phone.
  • It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.
  • It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.
