Pros/Cons
Pros
- Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.
- One of the greatest strengths of Odoo is its flexibility. The software can be easily adapted to different industries and business models, making it a great choice for businesses of all types.
- Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.
Cons
- It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.
- The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.
- Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
Pros
- We love the cash back and partner benefits as well as the dashboard that displays our monthly spend in each of our departments. Integration with Sage Intacct was super easy and intuitive.
- Ramp has done a great job of keeping things simple while still providing a long list of fantastic features. The partnerships are also a great asset.
- Ramp has helped us streamline internal finance processes and find opportunities to save. The experience has been seamless and amazing.
Cons
- The only thing I have found difficult is trying to create a "rule" for memos or Quickbooks categories.
- I used to dread the end of every month but now that we have Ramp, the company runs a lot smoother.
- Currently, there is no personal reimbursement option.
