Pros
- It has been the most beneficial software to me with my company. The Help staff is always very prompt and fixing any issue's we have or any questions we come across they are eager to resolve the issue.
- I have put in the time to learn the program and appreciate the continuous improvement they are doing. I have had to The compliance training is quick and simple for our annual staff training.
- I like the newest version of the incident manager. User friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
- Staff have complained that it is not very user-friendly and performing tasks in Compliance Manager can be confusing.
- Notifying staff of their requirements has been a little difficult. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or user error.
- Setup and daily use of the system can sometimes be confusing.
Pros
- SAP GRC is an awesome central user access management and it works and integrates wonderfully with SAP.
- I would say that the overall experience was very fine and all the other users of my department were also happy with the software.
- Will give you best management shap for the organization. They will make thing easy and accurate.
Cons
- It is a bit hard to use at first so it takes time to learn. Going from page to another can be confusing.
- Its so customizable it makes it difficult to setup and is difficult on the end user to learn how to use it properly. It also seems a little out-dated with the look of the interface and GUI.
- Coordinated and oriented approach, It also Consolidates risks at higher levels of the organization and evaluates global risk exposure.
