  • Pros

  • I have had nothing but great experience with kudos. It feels amazing to get kudos from the customers I assist every day.
  • Kudos has been a critical tool in helping us engage our employees. It's all about positive reinforcement that can drive anything from a safety initiative to higher productivity on projects.
  • I like that I can access Kudos through teams/our single sign on, and through my email. The dashboard is very easy to understand and tracks my streaks which is motivation to keep using it weekly.
  • Cons

  • Only downside is it has a limited amount which can be used each month.
  • In previous years we have sent emails to spread LPB news to over 300 staff. This became quite annoying when you get a thread of 50+ email replies.
  • I am unsure if it is a client based setting but there should be defined causes for resetting an activity.

  • With Vantage Circle, I like that collecting customer feedback easy. It comes with great employee engagement and recognition easy.
  • What I liked the most is that it is a great tool for peer-to-peer recognition. It also gives the end user flexibility to utilize the Vantage points as per their choice and flexibility.
  • Awards and Appreciations have been Using Vantage Circle Awards and Recognition for last 2 Years, it is Easy to Use. Love this Portal, Reports are able to Convert their Points into Gift Vouchers.
  • Cons

  • No proper tracking of points sometimes or missing points also missing instant tracking.
  • Its a little difficult and confusing to use at times.
  • The options are limited for a regular usage. Its the same catalogue for years.
