Pros/Cons
Pros
- The customer support team are outstanding. The software is easy to use and if you have a question; the team is there to provide help.
- Not only do they have a great product they have a great team. Their support team are very helpful and will work with you on everything you need.
- The tech support is amazing. I would not have been able to make my own site and have it functioning without their expedient, excellent and reliable support.
Cons
- No challenge questions for students taking quizzes and exams. No way to authenticate who is actually doing the coursework.
- The software has problems. Tabulation of reports and certificates are something I have been going back and forth with the development and customer service team about, they have been incorrect.
- Certain customer service representatives were RUDE. We had a glitch in one of our courses for over a month.
Pros
- Working with the guys with http://www.quizworksinternational.com/ was not only successful but also rapid, affordable, and fun. I sure wish we had more partners like this.
- What I love most about LMS is the ease of use. The way that you can customize the different screens for your program is amazing.
- I love the simplicity of the offerings of Easy LMS. We currently only use a fraction of the features offered and we are so pleased with the results.
Cons
- The many functions offered by the platform are not the same for all applications. In the case of courses, the functions are often severely limited.
- The fact that it is difficult to use with mathematical symbolism, because its typing mathematical symbols is rather inefficient.
- The challenge of lag time because of "temporal distance" (Time zones) is the only hiccup I've really had.
