  • Pros

  • The level of support was appreciated and all of the team are customer-centric. A really good group of people with a very effective tool.
  • Our account manager has been outstanding - really listening to our needs and coming up with great ideas and solutions to drive leads to our business.
  • The fact that they have a client portal with the different lead types (positive response, referral, and deferred interest) is really useful. They have good customer service also.
  • Cons

  • The parameters of LinkedIn profiling can prove limiting (e.g. employee size, lack of turnover information).
  • Unfortunately the CRM system that we utilise does not easily integrate with SoPro, which makes it slightly more difficult to integrate our various marketing approaches.
  • Software did not allow to target specific customers, exclusion list is critical to stop emails going to existing customers.

  • It helps in organizing your relationship with customers and helps in tracking leads. It helps in growing more traffic and converting them into visitors.
  • It also has flexible learning time so there is no pressure on finishing it. There are helpful emails that followthrough on your progress with an amazing customer support staff that I loved.
  • It has very good reporting capabilities and gives a good snapshot of all the marketing and sales activities going on in the organisation.
  • Cons

  • The only possible thing to dislike is the percentage threshold for Unsubscribes. Which can be annoying depending on the size of your audience.
  • One error in workflow or sequence can cause HAVOC across your account. There is no way to revert issues without manually fixing them.
  • Due to my lack of fluency in English, I ended up leaving some courses incomplete. And I believe that it did not happen only with me.
