Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the way iSpionage helps me generate ideas that in a couple of cases specifically turned around some business during a slow time in the season. For that, it's totally worth it.
- Using the UI was easy and gave us awesome results, your support team helped us a lot, and during those few months we really enjoyed the platform.
- A great platform that we use daily, complements any other SEM platform our there like semrush.
Cons
- Understanding the data provided on ads is sometimes confusing and not always accurate.
- It's a bit difficult to determine what you can do after getting that PPC budget estimate.
- Unfortunately, the platform back then didn't have API access to what we needed. Move over, most of the data didn't change on a daily/weekly/monthly base.
Pros
- The software is easy to use and consistently produces safe and easy to understand results for the best solution to refer your website.
- The interface is intuitive, and the comprehensive reports make monitoring progress a breeze. Rank tracking is another gem in Mangools' crown.
- The customer service is delightful. I wish that all companies would be like this.
Cons
- Most of the time it doesn't detect them even if the social media schema is active. Worse though is that sometime it shows completely random pages of other brands.
- They are having the 5 tools as separate one but pricing is done overall. Maybe they should give an option to pay for the tool that we use.
- I wouldn't be where I am today without Mangools solving a lot of the problems I faced with managing an SEO company.
