Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the way iSpionage helps me generate ideas that in a couple of cases specifically turned around some business during a slow time in the season. For that, it's totally worth it.
- Using the UI was easy and gave us awesome results, your support team helped us a lot, and during those few months we really enjoyed the platform.
- A great platform that we use daily, complements any other SEM platform our there like semrush.
Cons
- Understanding the data provided on ads is sometimes confusing and not always accurate.
- It's a bit difficult to determine what you can do after getting that PPC budget estimate.
- Unfortunately, the platform back then didn't have API access to what we needed. Move over, most of the data didn't change on a daily/weekly/monthly base.
Pros
- The interface is very friendly and easy to understand. I like the reports and charts, also nice graphics.
- I like that you can import keywords directly from search console and monitor them. I think the backlink tool useful and has some good metrics in the dashboard.
- The switch between our previous tool and this one was very easy and everyone seems to be very happy. Our clients love the reports it generates.
Cons
- Difficult to compare competitor keyword analysis side by side. Would prefer the restriction on plans to be by website numbers, not by keyword numbers.
- Out of a set of 40 or so keywords, I usually find at least 5 or so that are more or less wrong.
- The interface consistently loads slowly for me when I open it for the first time in a day. This only bothers me when I actually sit and wait for data to show.
