Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like the way iSpionage helps me generate ideas that in a couple of cases specifically turned around some business during a slow time in the season. For that, it's totally worth it.
- Using the UI was easy and gave us awesome results, your support team helped us a lot, and during those few months we really enjoyed the platform.
- A great platform that we use daily, complements any other SEM platform our there like semrush.
Cons
- Understanding the data provided on ads is sometimes confusing and not always accurate.
- It's a bit difficult to determine what you can do after getting that PPC budget estimate.
- Unfortunately, the platform back then didn't have API access to what we needed. Move over, most of the data didn't change on a daily/weekly/monthly base.
Pros
- SEMrush is comprehensive. Amazing for competitor analysis, and very powerful analytics and visualizations.
- It includes competitive information, tracking of top keywords, the ability to do research, and create keyword lists to leverage for SEM. It's a great tool at an affordable price point.
- The best thing I liked is Competitive analysis, It can provide you the best details compared to any other tools. Finding prospects for the backlinks is also best in class.
Cons
- I think the only problem we have had with this platform has been to use 100% of the tools it has, because it is very complete and has so many features that it is difficult to understand everything.
- I hate how, even after paying a lot of money each month, they require you to pay more see other domains. You also can’t see certain market reports which is just annoying.
- One example is a dead link on my site. Semrush tells me of its existence, but not exactly where it is so that I can fix it.
