Love the weekly newsletters that gives my organization quick market insights from industries where our customers operate. Cons: I have a Lenovo Thinkpad with touch screen. Before I can use the drag and drop functionality in the WideNarrow report module, I must disable this function. This is even if I am not using the touch screen, just the keyboard and mouse. They have amazing customer engagement and are willing to help you learn their system while also providing you with a strong and flexible CI platform for managing your news and competitive feeds. We saw a significant increase in the quality of the content in our portal and newsletter while also reducing misses on competitors moves almost completely. We rarely are caught off guard! Cons: Like many CI systems, WideNarrow does not show its true strength right out of the box. There is a runway of time necessary to fully realize the software's potential. In our case, the reporting functionality is currently a very powerful tool for us to address executive needs, but out of the gate, it took ~6 months for enough data to populate to show value in the reporting module.
