Great tool for expanding your CI capabilities

WideNarrow has been a great partner for our team. They have amazing customer engagement and are willing to help you learn their system while also providing you with a strong and flexible CI platform for managing your news and competitive feeds.

PROS

Our team utilizes the software to greatly expand the quantity of news and content consumed. We saw a significant increase in the quality of the content in our portal and newsletter while also reducing misses on competitors moves almost completely. We rarely are caught off guard!

CONS

Like many CI systems, WideNarrow does not show its true strength right out of the box. There is a runway of time necessary to fully realize the software's potential. In our case, the reporting functionality is currently a very powerful tool for us to address executive needs, but out of the gate, it took ~6 months for enough data to populate to show value in the reporting module. We believe the POC process suffers due to this.

AI with human Intel still allowed

Great spirit, open minded and responsive team with users in mind.

PROS

WideNarrow opened great perspectives for us, feeding us constantly with valuable data we would have probably not found / not timely found. But most importantly it forced us to collaborate stronger acroos layors and functions, analyze findings and apply human Inte on top of all leading to unique insights and responses. To me that is unique and true intelligence.

CONS

Until a few updates back it was quite clumpsy to add ad-hoc subject of interest to the searches but that has been resolved now and will, to my knowledge, be further improved.

Tracking made easy and fun

It is just a great an flexible software that also helpt my company to work differently with the CI process in general

PROS

Cloud based and easy to start up. Best in class customer support. Continues improvement of functionality. Easy to configure/set-up new colleagues. Love the weekly newsletters that gives my organization quick market insights from industries where our customers operate.

CONS

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad with touch screen. Before I can use the drag and drop functionality in the WideNarrow report module, I must disable this function. This is even if I am not using the touch screen, just the keyboard and mouse.

A great experience - worked with a professional team with a commitment to an excellent product backed by a super customer service team.

PROS

A intelligent & sophisticated current awareness product with many impressive features that increases efficiencies and seamlessly integrates into workflow. Little or no learning curve, intuitive UI, responsive customer service. AI tagging and good search/filter functionality. Additional webinars and training tips are offered and done well.

CONS

Have "kicked the tires for the last 9 months and no concerns. It has only increased our efficiencies.
