That’s not what happened here. The product is barebones, the cancellation system feels broken, and the support simply doesn’t exist. The repeated unauthorized charges and complete silence from their team made the whole experience feel negligent at best and intentional at worst. I normally avoid negative reviews, but in this case, people need to know what they’re walking into. I would recommend staying away from this product entirely because the lack of support and ongoing billing issues make it a risk. Even after my account appeared canceled, they kept billing my card. They’re still actively running marketing campaigns, but they don’t respond to support requests at all.
