Pros
- It is super easy to install! it is super easy to use and it has saved a lot of our customers from ADA Compliance lawsuits.
- Overall my experience with accessiBe has been excellent. The ease of use and setup has been unmatched compared to any other software regarding accessibility.
- We are a big company and this software helps us stay compliant in many different areas with its many different abilities. It's definitely a great tool.
Cons
- Potential clients can be lost because of an inaccessible website or app. It's about doing the right thing in the long run, though.
- How hard it was to actually purchase. Confusing that we had to try the trial first and then able to buy.
- Expensive and the interface on the implementation platform is a little confusing at times.
Pros
- It will allow you the opportunity to further analyze the data of google analytics. With so many excellent features this popular tool will help you to do basic and effective research on your website.
- Loved how easy installation was. You just need to remember generating these for each landing page, but otherwise it is so easy to just get the code and install it on your page, it's great.
- Hotjar is super easy to install and easy to use. I love the tools that get straight to the point and help you do your job.
Cons
- It's tough to think of a disadvantage to HotJar or a problem I have with the software. It tracks critical data.
- Maybe as I go alone this whole become more evident as to why the price is what it is but for now, it seems unnecessarily steep.
- Sometimes, when trying to hide the private information of a customer, it went overboard and aggressively hid a lot of information which was part of the app itself and not the customer's data.
