  • It is super easy to install! it is super easy to use and it has saved a lot of our customers from ADA Compliance lawsuits.
  • Overall my experience with accessiBe has been excellent. The ease of use and setup has been unmatched compared to any other software regarding accessibility.
  • We are a big company and this software helps us stay compliant in many different areas with its many different abilities. It's definitely a great tool.
  • Cons

  • Potential clients can be lost because of an inaccessible website or app. It's about doing the right thing in the long run, though.
  • How hard it was to actually purchase. Confusing that we had to try the trial first and then able to buy.
  • Expensive and the interface on the implementation platform is a little confusing at times.

  • It's also really helpful to see the issues shown on a complexity/severity chart – super useful.
  • The UsableNet team are also great to work with, always responding to queries quickly and in a very helpful way.
  • I love how it steps you through the manual checks and also shows you visually exactly where errors appear on the page. Having the 'auto only' options is great too.
  • Cons

  • In this exact review survey, they are asking to rate some of the features I've never even seen or heard of. I tried googling them and no results.
  • SHow all the errors at different levels so you what is crirtal first & you can work your way doen to the low impacts.
  • Integrating with some platforms who don't use traditional code can be tricky.
