It’s very easy and simple to use. The ability to import the information makes it so simple.

The software is very user friendly and the customer support is outstanding.

Well I usually use this software for issuing 1099 K to our members and i create W2 for our employees. Customer service is awesome and helps with any question you have regarding this software.

First learning the software is a bit challenging. Steps could be a little more detailed keeping a first time clue-less user in mind.

Once I was able to get through the notes we had from 2011, this was very easy to use. I tried using the help section and it seemed to provide waaayy more information then needed.

Account Ability is a great product. It satisfies multiple needs for my companies end of year paperwork.

Account Ability takes care of any random W2 and 1099 entry and printing that has to be completed on a yearly basis with minimal entry and ease of use.

There is a lot of information on how to fill out the forms, but it can be really confusing and you need to understand programming a little.

If I ever have an issue their customer support is the best.

Very user friendly and overall takes care of everything that our payroll program doesn't. We are very happy with Account Ability and haven't found another product that does this for the same price.

Sending data to irs  can be a little tricky. Because I only do this once a year or you forget how are you supposed to do it.

For the tax work it works great for annuity customers. Also, filing gets easier.

The interfaces are pretty intuitive. We have been especially happy with how easy it is to find and generate information returns for clients who have mislaid the forms that were sent to them.

One year in those 7 we tried to use another program that was recommended by our POS reps, that was a mistake. They messed up so many things and couldn't seem to figure out how to efile.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

Very easy to use and easy to learn’ very robust system from the beginning of a project all the way to the end.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.
