  • Pros

  • Search options are very helpful; file associations are useful; BOM redline feature is very useful; being able to bookmark documents and the dashboard are also very useful features.
  • Overall the software has been very useful to our company and the customer service has been outstanding.
  • The Quality module and Product lifecycle management has been critical to our successful implementation.
  • Cons

  • It was difficult to get ahold of customer service and the communication coming from the Arena team was unclear. They were so difficult to work with.
  • A team that no longer is with the company made a number of decisions that ended up causing a lot of trouble (for me specifically, as the admin/quality rep) in the future.
  • The location of all of the tools and features is a little confusing.

  • The mobile app is great because it helps people work from anywhere. The no-code platform is great because it lets us create new business apps to help us address any gaps in our processes.
  • Very powerful platform, easy to change the OOTB and build new apps, great customer service and great and resourceful online Intellect University.
  • The implementation team is great and offer amazing training events. My customer success manager is very responsive and is willing to move forward with me as soon as we are ready for the next steps.
  • Cons

  • The documentation package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.
  • Difficult to do during normal business hours on slower networks.
  • I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.
