Pros:

Using Axeptio allows businesses to collect consent from customers online, through simplified and automated processes. By automating the consent process, businesses can ensure that everyone who participates in their online activities is aware of what they are agreeing to. Furthermore, by collecting consent through Axeptio, businesses can avoid potential data errors or misinterpretations which could otherwise occur if consent forms were manually completed. The best thing about Axeptio is its UI, fresh, clean, and extremely funny. I believe that using Axeptio banner you'll unlock a higher percentage of acceptance by your website/app users!

Cons:

While the platform offers a variety of privacy settings that allow users to customize their information experience, these controls may not be accessible or effective for everyone, and if you use multiple software it can be overwhelming for them. It's not because the product is bad, it's just because the GDPR regulation imposes this. The free tier is annoying, since it doesn't store user preferences, so it constantly pops up. That's fair, since it's free, but is intrusive for your customers, and you are forced to switch to a paid plan if you want to remove this limitation.

Reasons for choosing Axeptio

The free tier seemed the best one, but the limitations forced me to switch to Iubenda (which is superior on its paid plan in my opinion)

La solution RGPD idéale pour les petites entreprises françaises

Je cherchais une solution conforme au RGPD, mais sans sacrifier l’esthétique ni la simplicité. Axeptio a parfaitement répondu à ces attentes. En tant qu’auto-entrepreneuse, je voulais protéger mes visiteurs tout en évitant les scripts trop intrusifs. L’interface est agréable, la mise en œuvre rapide, et le fait que ce soit une entreprise française m’a tout de suite rassurée. Je recommande chaudement, surtout pour les indépendants et petits e-commerçants.

Pros:

Axeptio est à la fois esthétique, éthique et simple à mettre en place. Le bandeau cookies s’intègre parfaitement à mon site WordPress, même avec des outils comme GA4, Meta Pixel ou Hotjar. J’ai aussi apprécié que ce soit une entreprise française, avec un excellent support client qui comprend les besoins des petites structures comme la mienne. L’interface est claire, et le paramétrage très intuitif.

Cons:

Le prix du forfait de base peut paraître un peu élevé lorsqu’on débute une activité avec peu de trafic. Mais l’équipe m’a proposé une solution adaptée à mon profil, ce qui est très rare aujourd’hui. La configuration initiale demande un peu de rigueur si on n’a jamais touché aux balises, mais tout est bien expliqué.

Pros:

I’m just trying wrap my head around all the cookie consent policies and Axeptio has done a really great job of simplifying that process. I looked at other tools and either the implementation process looked to complex or their cookie consent popup look poorly designed. Axeptio’s pop up looks clean and is easy to understand. I also like that I don’t need a developer to implement anything. Its very quick to get going.

Cons:

I do hope they add further customization options the future as well as more direct integrations.

Easy to intergrate and set up on our Shopify eshop. Convinient and clear for our customer. An pratical solution for maintening compliancy with RGPD standards. Reactive (human) support team

Cons:

No negative points to report at this point on the use. On the subscriptions plans, i am waiting for a larger plan than the existing large plan and/or a more flexible yearly subscription taking into account our high variations of trafic depending on seasons

Une plateforme intuitive et design

C'est un outil facile à prendre en main et qui peut facilement être mise à jour sans trop de difficultés. Les difficultés sont plus dans les réglages informatiques pour être en conformité et être sûr que tout est bon.

Une plateforme intuitive et facile à piloter même pour les personnes qui ne sont pas technique. De personnes faciles à joindre et réactive quand aux questions Un produit qui s'intègre parfaitement au site et qui n'est pas "lourd" pour les clients

Cons:

La mise en place et les réglages côté GTM restent obscurs si on est pas spécialiste et on ne mesure pas toujours l'impact de cette partie sur le business et surtout sur le pilotage des résulats.

Gestion des cookies simple et efficace pour mon e-commerce

Globalement, mon expérience avec Axeptio est positive : c’est un outil fiable, adapté aux besoins d’un site e-commerce qui veut gérer correctement les cookies et le consentement utilisateur. Une fois la solution en place, elle tourne sans qu’on ait besoin d’y revenir tous les jours, ce qui est très appréciable.

Pros:

J’utilise Axeptio pour mon site e-commerce et j’aime beaucoup la facilité d’intégration et le look du widget. C’est clair, moderne, et ça rassure les clients tout en gérant bien le RGPD.

Cons:

Pour le moment, je n’ai pas identifié de véritables inconvénients majeurs à signaler : la plateforme fonctionne bien et répond globalement à mes attentes.

Super simple à mettre en place et ludique, même pour les personne qui ne connaissent rien en informatique. Aussi point positif possible à mettre en place avec des site no-code Un excelent logiciel français avec un SAV qualitatif et réactif.

Cons:

Je dirai le gap de prix entre la version gratuite puis passage à la version payante. Pour les petites entreprises le 1ère offre peut-être un peu cher.

Pros:

J’apprécie la manière dont le widget Axeptio s’intègre parfaitement à mon site, tout en offrant une expérience ludique et engageante pour les visiteurs. J’aime aussi la possibilité de le personnaliser facilement selon mon identité visuelle (couleurs, typographie, etc.). De plus, la documentation sur le site est claire, bien structurée et agréable à parcourir, ce qui facilite grandement la mise en place.

Cons:

Je regrette que les tarifs aient beaucoup augmenté : l’offre était très attractive il y a quelques années, mais elle est devenue aujourd’hui un peu trop chère à mon goût.
