Pros/Cons

Pros
It is extremely easy to use. They have great customer service and even customize some of the features for you.
I love the way BambooHR looks! It's visually very appealing and easy to naviagte throughout the processes.

Cons
The simplicity of the software program is a plus and a minus. It makes it very easy to learn but I do wish it had more customization features and functions.
- Expensive, but worth it - Benefits administration could have more functionality - No benefits data in the mobile app

Easy to use and saved me a lot of money Very good support
My law firm has been using ISO Express for the past 3 months. It's straight forward and user friendly even for a layman who is not a computer savvy.

Cons
It took me some time to understand how to print but it's not a big problem
none. I have no major issues with this software.
