Notifying staff of their requirements has been a little difficult. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or user error.

It has been the most beneficial software to me with my company. The Help staff is always very prompt and fixing any issue's we have or any questions we come across they are eager to resolve the issue.

The set up and integration for the product was simple. The customer support is second to none.

Very easy to use, I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Staff have complained that it is not very user-friendly and performing tasks in Compliance Manager can be confusing.

My implementation team has been great which has helped me get through the more difficult times with the software. I am able to better manage my group using the software now though.

When I email them I have not had a problem go unanswered for more than a few hours. If I call on the phone the support team is friendly and always solves my issues in minutes.

I feel like we experienced some growing pains at first but are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. There is potential for this to be a great system.

I really appreciate that Compliance Manager takes suggestions from users and actually implements to improve their product.

I love Compliance Manager. This program has simplified and modernized our incident management and auditing.

We are utilizing the software to manage the entire Hospital District's documents and incidents, not those just pertaining to Compliance, which is probably the reason for some of our difficulties.

I have put in the time to learn the program and appreciate the continuous improvement they are doing. I have had to  The compliance training is quick and simple for our annual staff training.

With the new updates being released soon it will be even better and easier to navigate, organize, and  stay on top of daily tasks.

It would make a one stop location to have all the information in one place compared to opening up other tabs to trying to locate your balances.

Customer support is fantastic. Looking forward to utilizing extensibility and test automation.

My experience with Costpoint has been a very positive experience. The customer support is always very efficient and helpful with any bump in the road I have ever encountered.

Reporting Feature a little difficult for me to manage.

I have to back out 30 PR's right now but wanted to say how absolutely awful this software is.

It has been interesting to use Costpoint as an MRP system in our business, with the learning curve we are slowly adjusting, but enjoying the software.

Easy of use and love the ability to copy into excel. So much easier now than in the old  CP versions.

The system takes a long time to learn and is difficult to navigate.

Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.

Very easy to use and easy to learn’ very robust system from the beginning of a project all the way to the end.

And then there's the Expense module in costpoint, oh my. I have no idea what I'm looking at sometimes.

I like the display for the calendar, it is easy to add a new line for additional hours billed and keep track all hours. I also think it is easy to navigate the branching time charge.

Easy to track your hours worked and if they were approved or not. Also the feature of used/unused leave balance is really helpful.

Click on random looking glass icon or square faded blue icons and search, leave codes -- search through layered menus and then figure out what to add.

Lack of direct integration of Time & Expense. Very expensive Deltek consulting, with a one-day (8-hour minimum charge).

My review is from an administration standpoint. When I first started supporting this software, the support from Deltek was less than amazing.
